Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and ongoing improvement of training programmes.
  • Ensure Licensees and Just Add Talent operators have access to practical, relevant training that helps them run sustainable and efficient businesses.
  • Create and deliver engaging training content, including virtual training sessions, e‑learning modules, practical tools and checklists, and new formats shaped through innovation.
  • Gather input from internal teams and collaborate with external partners.
  • Actively collect and use feedback to continuously improve the overall training offer.
  • Keep up‑to‑date with market trends and translate insights into useful learning.
  • Spend time with Licensees, learn from high‑performing operators, understand what drives their success, and share those insights across Star Pubs.
  • Support the ambition to bring out the best in the great British pub.

Qualifications

  • Experience in training, facilitation or supporting learning delivery.
  • Confidence presenting to groups and contributing to content design.
  • Experience likely developed within hospitality, retail operations or a customer service environment, with a clear interest in training and development.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach, good time management and the ability to stay motivated while working remotely.
  • Self‑motivated, willing to spend time out in the business and bring energy to remote work.
  • Strong interest in on‑trade and understanding what drives success for Licensees.
