- Drive commercial success by aligning with channel partners, designing strategic business plans, and recommending budgets to maximize ROI and achieve annual growth targets
- Cross Functional Working
- Work closely with local partners and key stakeholders to align, monitor and evaluate marketing activities, whilst regularly liaising with our global teams to align, influence and co-create marketing activities
- Agency Management

The Candidate
We’re looking for an individual with a minimum of 4 years experience working on large-scale brands where a high level of pace and agility is required. With a big brand comes a big budget and ambitious targets, so we’re looking for someone who can flex and multitask in order to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences.
A large part of the role will involve large, multi-stakeholder projects across HEINEKEN, customers and agencies, so cross-functional project management experience is a must.
Some Other Experience You May Have
- Good understanding of principles and practices behind marketing methods and strategies
- Ability to undertake value-adding marketing analysis
- Detailed knowledge of corporate standards relating to own area of work
We embrace learning and growth, and there is scope to develop in this role. You are also likely to bring experiences that enhance this role that are not listed above, therefore not every box needs to be ticked when it comes to experience or skill sets.
We currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home. For full-time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office, a Tuesday and Thursday are for all, with the third day being defined by the colleague.
Our Benefits
As part of the team, along with your salary you’ll also receive:
- Annual bonus
- Company funded Private Medical Healthcare
- Double matched pension (up to 10%)
- 35 days holiday
- A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers!
- Comprehensive Opportunities to develop.
You’ll also get the opportunity to get involved with one of our colleague networks where groups of colleagues from all over the business work together to ensure we’re always working towards being a diverse and inclusive company.
