Salary: £75k‑£85k + performance bonus + 15% benefits allowance + annual performance bonus, plus full benefits package

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Product Owners to deliver a connected portfolio of On Trade products
- Set and embed a clear, insight‑led product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals
- Prioritise and govern the product backlog, balancing commercial value with delivery discipline
- Partner with D&T and commercial teams to drive agile, efficient and scalable delivery
- Manage dependencies across multiple products and functions, removing blockers quickly
- Champion product‑led change and embed consistent agile ways of working
- Oversee delivery on key platforms (SAP Commerce, Salesforce) and manage external partners
- Build product capability through coaching, frameworks and defined career paths
- Align digital initiatives with eazle and commercial growth targets
- Occasionally take direct ownership of key products or releases
- Use data and experimentation to assess value, inform priorities and guide continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading digital product delivery in complex or matrix environments
- Proven success defining and executing product strategy and vision across multiple products
- Deep experience with agile ways of working and portfolio management
- Strong commercial grounding with the ability to connect digital delivery to business growth
- Hands‑on experience working with D&T, vendors, and external delivery partners
- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of SAP Commerce / Hybris, Salesforce or similar platforms
- A track record of developing people and embedding scalable, consistent ways of working

Working Arrangements
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, though you’re welcome to work from the office on any additional days.
