CX Digital Optimisation Manager
Function: On-Trade
Location: Edinburgh (St Andrew Square)– a mix of office & home working Salary: ÂŁ33,000 – ÂŁ41,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

About the Role
As theCX Optimisation Manager , you’ll work within the UK B2B Digital Commerce team to optimise digital content for our customers on our e-commerce site.
You’ll help improve average order value, basket size and our NPS score by optimising categories and improving the online customer experience all-round.
A main focus of yours will be the onboarding of new customers, ensuring our product range and services are readily available and easy to access.
This role is about utilising the tools we have to the fullest. You won’t be re-designing the full website, but you will test new content ideas to scale positive results and continuously improve the customer experience.
Although the role isn’t customer facing, we do want you to think like a customer, so spending time with the stakeholders that know them best will be key.
So, what will you be doing? Here are some key accountabilities;

  • You’re responsible for creating, managing and uploading all content for the UK B2B Digital Commerce team.
  • You’ll participate in ongoing AB testing to continually optimise the online experience for our customers across service and sales content.
  • You’ll use data to understand and drive improvements for our customers.
  • You’ll consult with the Digital Marketing Optimisation Manager to make sure campaigns and content have a consistent tone of voice.


Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who is digitally savvy and eager to learn. Most importantly you’ll need to be fully customer centric, our customer should be at the heart of every decision you make. Any experience with content management tools is an advantage but not a must – there’s always room to develop!
If you have;

  • Experience in a sales, marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong creative, copywriting and visual communication skills.
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • Confidence in working with external agencies or vendors.
  • Experience in managing relationships, and an aptitude for working in an agile \’test and learn\’ environment.
  • Great stakeholder management skills.
