About the role
An exciting opportunity has come up in the Pub Operations team for an enthusiastic colleague. Reporting into the Pub Operations Team Lead and working in a team of 9, you will help the team provide first class administrative assistance to the Star Pubs estate. Pub Operations focus on our Change of Lessee process using our Lease Management System and help identify blockers to keep the process simple. You’ll deal with a lot of important data (such as the validation and reclaim of all Star Pubs’ liabilities with external suppliers & local authorities) and take ownership of the regional mailboxes, ensuring responses are turned around within SLA.
Working in Pub Operations provides fantastic development opportunities, whether it’s a greater understanding of the pub business, exposure to new systems and processes, or working with a diverse range of stakeholders. It’s a fantastic role to kick start your career in Star Pubs. Colleagues who have worked in Pub Operations have moved to other areas within HEINEKEN into roles in HR, Finance, Legal and of course other roles in Star Pubs - It’s a great place to learn, develop and grow.
Who we’re looking for
- We’re looking for someone who can provide that first-class service to their stakeholders!
- This role suits someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working on multiple activities and able to effectively prioritise.
- Experience working with customers and dealing with systems would help you in this role.
- Have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage a heavy workload through effective organisation.
- Can build meaningful relationships and experience in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Are a competent administrator with a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages (incl. Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Are comfortable taking action and learning along the way!
Our ways of working
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, although you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.
