What you’ll do
Ready to pour your energy into something great? We’re looking for a Project Analyst to join us on an industry placement in our Customer Service, Logistics and Planning (CSL&P) team.
Taking part in this Industry Placement programme, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we plan and schedule production at HEINEKEN. This isn’t just about shadowing—you’ll dive right in, using your curiosity and fresh perspective to explore how our breweries operate, spot opportunities for improvement, and help us set global standards.
You’ll be out in the field visiting breweries, connecting with teams across different countries, and gathering best practices to bring back to the table.
Your mission? To create a go-to library of Standard Operating Procedures and training materials that will support our teams worldwide, powered by the latest technology and integrates with our existing digital platforms.
This is an opportunity to gain insight into the inner workings of one of the world’s most iconic brewers, make a tangible impact, and leave a lasting mark on how we operate.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for somebody who shows enthusiasm and is willing and ready to learn. On top of that, you may have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, STEM, or Computing with an integrated placement year, or recently graduated (Class of 2024 or 2025).
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to show examples of teamwork, initiative, and a desire to make things better – whether through work experience, personal projects or society involvement
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently, with a good degree of self-motivation.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK – Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
