Function: On Trade
Location: Edinburgh, St Andrews Square based – hybrid home & office working
Salary: £24,628 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.

About the role
In this role, you’ll be working with key stakeholders to ensure our processes are seamless, meaning a minimal impact on our customers. The Commercial Operations team is the backbone of the frontline sales team, helping them provide the best customer experience possible. You’ll build strong relationships with our sales teams, as well as working closely with other parts of the business. Without you we wouldn’t be able to deliver the right deals to win business!
Main Responsibilities
- Offer commercial back-office support to frontline sales;
- Support the delivery and implementation of our new deal modelling tool;
- Raise, refine, retest bug and improvement tickets in Jira system;
- Draft commercial agreements for frontline sales, ensure accurate tracking & issue the documents to customers via Docusign;
- Process payments via Manual Payment Form as requested by frontline sales;
- Support with our On Trade price increases;
- Troubleshoot & take full ownership of all issues to resolution;
- Support wider Revenue Management team as required.
Who we’re looking for?
Key Experience
- Experience in use of administrative support systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce);
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite is essential (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Experience working within a sales organisation;
- Experience in cross-functional communication & collaboration.

- Prioritise effectively, able to multitask and work to deadlines;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Curiosity, proactive approach to problem solving.
Our ways of working
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, although you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.
