Business Development Manager - Star Pubs - West Wales
Join the HEINEKEN Company as a Business Development Manager at Star Pubs, managing around 35 pubs within the West Wales region.
The role involves building strong relationships with operators and lessees, delivering a first-class retail experience, and ensuring the success of our pubs. This is a truly commercial generalist position, requiring flexibility to plan your own diary and manage your work/life balance.
A key part of your role will be owning the P&L for each pub in your portfolio, driving financial performance, and managing costs. Using your commercial acumen, you’ll identify opportunities to optimize revenue streams, increase efficiency, and deliver strong financial results.
Who we’re looking for
This role is more about developing and coaching rather than sales. We’re looking for candidates with previous area/regional operational management experience, a proven track record in retail, hospitality, or business development, and strong experience with P&L management.

What we offer
