The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of roofing works across various property types, including reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and programmed roofing projects. Works will be undertaken on occupied and operational buildings, requiring a professional approach, excellent workmanship, and a strong commitment to health and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out reactive roofing repairs.
- Deliver planned and programmed roofing works.
- Diagnose roofing defects and recommend remedial solutions.
- Undertake roof inspections and condition assessments.
- Complete works safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy upon completion.
- Accurately complete job sheets, reports, and photographic records.
- Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, site representatives, and colleagues.
- Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:
- Flat Roofing Systems
- Traditional Slate Roofing
- Tile Roofing
- Leadwork
- Rainwater Goods
- Roof Maintenance & Repairs
Proven roofing experience
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong health and safety awareness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and professional attitude

- IPAF
- PASMA
- Working at Height Training
- Rope Access (IRATA)
