Person specification:

  • Hold a level 2 qualification or above, or be willing to complete an apprenticeship whilst working with us.
  • Have a passion for enhancing children’s development
  • Have the ability to rapidly headcount lots of moving tiny people continuously
  • Offer and create new learning opportunities for all children
  • Have knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Support the safeguarding of our children
  • Be prepared to love and feel loved, special and important to many of our young children and their families.
