Person specification:
- Hold a level 2 qualification or above, or be willing to complete an apprenticeship whilst working with us.
- Have a passion for enhancing children’s development
- Have the ability to rapidly headcount lots of moving tiny people continuously
- Offer and create new learning opportunities for all children
- Have knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Support the safeguarding of our children
- Be prepared to love and feel loved, special and important to many of our young children and their families.
