About the Role
We are looking for an organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure Clinic Manager to join us on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract. This role will support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our Finchley and Barnet service. It blends patient administration, reception duties, and payment handling with responsibility for office and facilities management, stock control, and maintaining a safe, well‑run clinic environment. You’ll work closely with clinicians, support patient bookings, manage supplies, and ensure the clinic remains welcoming, organised, and efficient. The ideal candidate is practical, detail‑focused, and confident managing multiple tasks in a busy healthcare setting.
