We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Patient Coordinator to join our growing team onsite at The Hearing Clinic UK head office at Saint Vincent Place. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, handling enquiries, and playing an important role in the client journey.

In this role, you will be:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries
  • Booking appointments across our clinic locations
  • Providing accurate information about services, pricing and availability
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records in our booking system
  • Supporting administrative and follow-up tasks to ensure smooth client experiences
