Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring the well‑being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Duties
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post‑discharge care instructions.
- Conduct routine health assessments and monitor vital signs to detect any changes in patient conditions.
- Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting.
- Proficient in medication administration with a thorough understanding of pharmacology.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision‑making.
