Are you an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with leadership experience, looking for a rewarding new role in Greater Manchester? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead (Nights) to join our highly-rated, All GOOD-rated nursing home, specialising in the care of individuals with Dementia/ challenging behaviours. You will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional care and leadership to our dedicated team of nursing and care staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and facilitate the nursing and medical needs of residents, ensuring high standards of care.
- Deputise for the Registered Manager when required, assisting with daily operations and providing leadership.
- Ensure the care provided is personalised, meeting each service user’s preferences and wishes.
- Oversee care delivery and the efficient management of the team during your shifts.
- Provide clinical guidance and support for staff on nursing and medical matters.
