We’re looking for a dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead a large, purpose-built nursing home in Bradford . As the Nursing Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of clinical, residential, and dementia care. You’ll lead a team of committed professionals and work closely with senior leadership to maintain compliance, drive quality improvements, and deliver outstanding person-centred care. Oversee all operations within the home, ensuring CQC compliance and excellence in care delivery. Build positive relationships with residents, families, external agencies, and the wider community. NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) – Essential. Previous experience managing a nursing home – Essential. A passion for delivering exceptional elderly care.
