Overview
The Healthcare Hub is excited to announce openings for four dedicated Children’s Home Managers across three-bedroom residential homes in the North of England!
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of home operations, ensuring exceptional care for every child
- Develop and implement the home’s structure, policies, and day-to-day practices
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the service, building infrastructure and supporting innovation
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of a skilled, values-driven staff team
- Foster a positive, resilient culture where young people and staff are supported and empowered
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement through reflective practice and strong leadership
- Provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment that gives every child real opportunities to succeed

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential children’s care.
- At least 2 years supervising/managing staff.

- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- Proven record of \”Good\” or \”Outstanding\” Ofsted grades.
