Are you an experienced RGN/RMN with senior nursing experience looking for a new opportunity in Bedford? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join a 5* rated Nursing Home and positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to our care and support staff. The home is recently opened, so a great facility and has received fantastic reviews in its first year, so is a fantastic place to work.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, support, and facilitate the nursing and medical needs of our service users.
- Assist senior management in delivering high-quality care and support, and deputise when required.
- Maintain current skills through training and development.
- Ensure compliance with standards, legislative requirements, regulations, and best practices.
- Ensure service users' preferences and wishes are at the heart of care delivery.
- Manage day-to-day care delivery and the staff team efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and update all recording systems and organisational documentation.
- Provide guidance and support for care staff on nursing and medical matters.
- Act as a shift leader to monitor and direct the effective running of the unit.
