We’re looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead one of our exceptional homes in Harrogate, operated by a nationally recognised, award‑winning care provider. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a well‑established, high‑performing home, backed by a supportive senior team and excellent internal systems.

About the Role

  • Lead and inspire a committed care and nursing team
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the home
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person‑centred care
  • Maintain compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies
  • Drive occupancy, staff retention, and quality outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Home Manager or in a nursing home setting
  • NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) – preferred but not essential
  • Experience in managing a 70+ bedded home
  • Proven experience of increasing occupancy (currently 26 vacant rooms)
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of CQC standards and care regulations
  • A passion for improving quality of life for older people
