About the Role
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and a safe, welcoming environment for residents. Key duties include:
- Lead, develop, and inspire the staff team
- Drive quality improvements and maintain regulatory compliance
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners
- Oversee budgets, occupancy, and service performance

- Previous experience as a Home Manager registered with the CQC
