We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join a highly regarded and supportive care home provider near Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical professional who is dedicated to delivering outstanding person‑centred care while supporting and leading a nursing and care team within a welcoming care home environment. As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and resident wellbeing are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the nursing and care teams on a daily basis
  • Ensure high standards of clinical care and medication management
  • Support care planning, risk assessments, and clinical audits
  • Monitor resident wellbeing and ensure person‑centred care is delivered
  • Mentor and support staff development and clinical competencies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure CQC compliance
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
  • Previous experience within a Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, or Deputy role preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of clinical governance and compliance standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
