The Role
As Home Manager, you will have full operational and clinical responsibility for the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a high-performing care team
- Maintaining and improving CQC ratings (Good or Outstanding)
- Managing occupancy, budgets, and overall service performance
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Home Manager or Registered Manager within a nursing home
