We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a reputable and well-established care home in Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) ready to take the next step in their leadership career or build on existing clinical leadership experience. As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred care, while leading and supporting the clinical team across both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
