The Healthcare Hub is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a high‑quality care service in Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior Nurse or leader ready to progress, or a current Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the service
  • Lead, supervise and support care teams to deliver outstanding care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Support with care planning, auditing and quality assurance
  • Promote a positive, safe and person‑centred environment
  • Act as a role model for staff and contribute to continuous service improvement
