The Healthcare Hub is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a high-quality care service in Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior Nurse or leader ready to progress, or a current Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
- Lead, supervise and support care teams to deliver outstanding care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Support with care planning, auditing and quality assurance
- Promote a positive, safe and person-centred environment
- Act as a role model for staff and contribute to continuous service improvement
Requirements
- NMC PIN Essential
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations
