Salary: £23.50 ph + paid breaks + paid handovers

About the Role

This is a great position to be part of a fantastic team and home in Burton. You’ll work in a close team and build good working relationships with the people you support – so you’ll be able to see the difference you make each and every day.

About You

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
  • Provide warmth, enthusiasm and compassion when providing care to our service users.
  • Strive to provide great quality holistic care, making every day better than the last; promoting our core values, maintaining independence and dignity to our service users.
  • Team player with outstanding communication skills and ability to demonstrate effective teamwork as part of a multi-disciplined team.
  • Up-to-date with current evidence-based practice and a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations; use initiative to make effective decisions to improve care quality.
  • Experience of mentorship and a supervisor qualification desirable, but not essential.
