Are you an experienced RGN/RMN with senior nursing experience looking for a new opportunity in Burton? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join a challenging behaviours focused, All GOOD rated Nursing Home and positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to our care and support staff. The unit is just 20 beds and you will be supported by a nurse and team of HCA's.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and facilitate the nursing and medical needs of our service users.
- Assist senior management in delivering high-quality care and support, and deputise when required.
- Maintain current skills through training and development.
- Ensure compliance with standards, legislative requirements, regulations, and best practices.
Duties
- Ensure service users' preferences and wishes are at the heart of care delivery.
- Manage day-to-day care delivery and the staff team efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and update all recording systems and organisational documentation.
- Provide guidance and support for care staff on nursing and medical matters.
- Act as a shift leader to monitor and direct the effective running of the unit.
