We are recruiting an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a well-established, supportive care home in Bournemouth. This is a senior clinical leadership role for a registered nurse who is confident balancing hands-on clinical practice with operational and managerial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and promote high standards of person-centred care
- Lead clinical practice and act as a role model for nursing and care teams
- Complete clinical audits, safeguarding processes, and CQC notifications
- Support regulatory compliance and quality governance
- Manage agency usage and staffing coordination
- Lead and support recruitment and onboarding
- Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals, and performance management
- Ensure training compliance across the service
- Carry out assessments, show rounds, and admissions
- Oversee care plans and risk assessments (writing, reviewing, managing)
- Ensure safe and effective medication management
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with NMC, GDPR, and company policies
- Liaise with external professionals and multidisciplinary teams
- Support operational management alongside the Home Manager
- Promote resident wellbeing and engagement in activities
