Senior Construction Health, Safety and CDM Consultant required by a multi-disciplinary consultancy to deliver Health, Safety and CDM services primarily across the Midlands. Sectors include defence, commercial, residential, retail and more. You will be working with numerous clients across the public and private sector. Responsibilitieswill include: Providing CDM advice and support to Clients. Ensuring projects comply with CDM 2015. Lead risk responses and plans to eliminate the risks on projects. Co-ordinate and deliver meetings as required throughout projects. Visit project sites. Lead near miss and accident investigations where required. Review Construction Phase Plans. Prepare and produce Pre-Construction Information. Lead the delivery of services on a live construction site. Keep up to date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of all Health and Safety legislation. Qualifications NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualifications, ideally holding or progressing to Diploma, Degree level. Principal Designer, CDM accreditation, qualifications. Chartered status of a professional construction related body preferred. APS Membership. Experience Proven track record of providing CDM support and advice. Comprehensive knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015. Demonstrable experience in either construction site safety or design.
