Are you a creative storyteller who lives and breathes digital content? Do you know how to capture attention, build communities, and keep your finger on the pulse of online trends? If so, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for a proactive Social Media & Content Co-ordinator to join our small, dynamic in‑house marketing team. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life online managing our social media presence, supporting campaign execution, and helping produce a wide range of digital content.
What You’ll Do
- Social Media
- Manage the daily scheduling and publishing of content across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals
- Create engaging posts, including copy, images, stories, reels, polls, and short‑form videos
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and elevate customer service queries where needed
- Track and analyse performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, and report on engagement and growth metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to source stories, gather content, and align messaging
- Support the execution of paid social campaigns and influencer initiatives
- Assist in drafting blogs, newsletters, email content, and other marketing copy
- Support the Creative Director and Marketing Manager with campaign planning and content briefs
- Coordinate and deliver content across CRM, websites, and blogs, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity
- Contribute to content production efficiency, ensuring deadlines and specifications are met
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in a social media or content‑focused role (agency or in‑house)
- Strong working knowledge of all major social media platforms and their audiences
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills with a flair for storytelling
- Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms
- Basic video editing skills (e.g. for Reels, TikTok, stories)
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Creative, self‑motivated, and collaborative team player
Bonus Skills (Desirable but Not Essential)
- Experience in health, wellbeing, charity, or entertainment sectors
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
