Contract type: Fixed-term, to cover parental leave until February 2027
Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week. All staff are required to work in person for a minimum of two days per week, in line with our hybrid working policy. For this role we are open to discussing condensed hours and job share. The post-holder may be required to undertake some work outside normal working hours.

About The Role
We’re looking for a fixed-term Content and Design Manager to lead content production across the Health Foundation’s work. This includes developing graphics, photography, film and data visualisation across our digital channels, as well as developing our approach to storytelling.
In This Role You Will
- Lead a team of three officers to develop and disseminate high-quality digital and printed content that communicates our work, engages our audiences and strengthens our brand.
- Lead and champion the development and rollout of our brand and storytelling guidelines and training offers.
- Design and produce digital graphics, photography and video and produce engaging data visualisations, as well as reviewing and approving graphics produced by colleagues and suppliers.
- Create, edit, review and post content for our website, social media channels and corporate emails.
