Senior Project Manager required to join a multi-disciplined construction consultancy to lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion. The position will focus on London projects and offer flexible hybrid working. You will take ownership of project planning, execution, budgeting, and scheduling — ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. Working closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients, you’ll ensure all work complies with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Key Duties • Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, and timeline. • Develop detailed project plans and specifications aligned to client requirements. • Conduct regular site and progress reviews to track project performance. • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively. • Maintain accurate documentation including project plans, trackers, and financial reports. • Lead meetings including pre-start, progress, and handover sessions. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams. • Prepare monthly financial and board reports. • Ensure projects maintain ISO compliance through effective document management. About You You’ll be an experienced construction sector Project Manager with strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a proven record of delivering successful projects from feasibility through to completion. Skills & experience: • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience preferred. • Proven experience managing multiple projects within construction or property. • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. • Strong commercial, financial, and technical project management skills. • Excellent communicator with confidence to lead meetings and influence stakeholders. • Line management experience. • Full UK driving licence. Desirable: • Main contractor, subcontractor, or PQS background. • MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM qualified (or working towards). • Experience using MS Project, Matterport, and AutoCAD Viewer
