Safety Training Manager

Safety Training Manager We are seeking a Safety Training Manager to join an award-winning technical and energy services company, specializing in hard and soft FM. The company designs, builds, and maintains M&E infrastructure services across energy, engineering, and facilities sectors, focusing on low carbon energy solutions and innovative energy projects. Responsibilities: Experience in all aspects of Health and Safety Training. Deliver core Health and Safety Training Courses. Develop and implement Training Plans for each Business Unit and Sector. Identify new training opportunities to enhance service delivery and team competency. Support the implementation of ISO Accreditations. Lead continuous improvement activities related to QSHE training across Business Units and Sectors. This role involves approximately 4 days per week traveling to deliver training, primarily within and near the M25. The position is based in London or the Northern Home Counties, with 1 day per week at the office or home-based. Experience and Qualifications: Ability to deliver a wide range of safety courses. Experience in Facilities Management M&E is preferred. Understanding of training requirements specific to M&E businesses. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification. Training qualifications such as AET, CET, and DET (or equivalent).
