A leading global construction consultancy is seeking an IOSH Approved Qualified Trainer to deliver a CDM Principal Designer and Design Risk Management training course. The course is accredited by both the APS and IOSH. This is a dual role, where you will be trained and developed to work as a CDM Principal Designer when not delivering training.

Training Duties:

  • You will be responsible for delivering an APS and IOSH accredited Principal Designer and Design Risk Management course to professionals across the construction and built environment sectors.

CDM Principal Designer Duties:

  • In the Principal Designer role, you will be developed to provide the following duties across a wide range of construction sector projects including education, commercial property, housing and residential development, infrastructure, manufacturing, public sector and retail and more.
  • Providing Principal Designer services in accordance with the CDM Regulations 2015 across a range of construction projects.
  • Preparing, co-ordinating and distributing relevant Health and Safety information.
