We are seeking experienced Health and Safety Risk Assessors to provide services to clients across London and the South East on a contract basis. This role will involve conducting comprehensive risk assessments for residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments for residential and commercial properties.
- Identify and assess hazards, ensuring that all potential risks to health and safety are promptly recognised.
- Evaluate risk severity and likelihood and prioritise mitigation strategies to protect employees, visitors and the environment.
- Recommend and implement control measures to minimise risks.
- Monitor and review safety protocols to ensure they are effective and up to date with industry best practices and regulations.
- Document findings in detailed, accurate risk assessment reports and maintain comprehensive records for compliance and auditing purposes.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum and preferably higher-level qualification.
- At least 2 years proven experience in a Health and Safety role and possess skills transferable to consultancy.
- Relevant fire qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week, on-going.
