Health and Safety Advisor required to join a construction company, specialising in Groundworks and RC Frames, to provide expert Health and Safety guidance and support to project teams across Glasgow.
Duties will include:
- Assisting in fulfilling Health and Safety responsibilities to maintain Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Conducting audits and inspections to identify gaps and promote best practice and drive standards and performance.
- Assisting in the investigation of accidents, incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions by documenting findings, identifying root causes and ensuring corrective actions are implemented to prevent future occurrences.
- Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of health and safety training programs.
- Writing regular Health and Safety progress reports.
Experience: Ideally looking for a candidate with c5 years experience, predominantly gained within Groundworks and RC frames projects. A good practical understanding of the principles of Health and Safety legislation.
Qualifications: Minimum of NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction.
The company are offering 55k- 65k plus car allowance.
