Job Description Fire Risk Assessors / Surveyors (Contract)\\nWe are seeking experienced Fire Risk Assessors to provide services to clients across London and the South East on a contract basis. This role will involve conducting comprehensive fire risk assessments for a variety of property types, including HMOs, purpose-built blocks of flats, converted properties and commercial premises such as offices, retail and mixed use spaces.\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n * Conduct fire risk assessments for residential and commercial properties.\\n * Identify potential fire hazards and recommend mitigation measures.\\n * Perform fire door inspections and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.\\n * Generate detailed FRA reports using relevant software.\\n * Validate third-party fire risk assessment reports.\\nRequirements:\\n * At least 2 years proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments.\\n * Relevant fire qualifications\\n * Tier 2 or 3 of the IFSM Register or equivalent.\\n * Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.\\n * Ability to work independently and with various clients.\\n * Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week, on-going.\\n * The role has been assessed as outside IR35 …
