A Senior Fire Safety Consultant is required to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary team within a construction and property consultancy in London. The role involves working with a diverse range of clients across both the public and private sectors. As a Senior Fire Safety Consultant, you will be experienced in providing at least three of the following services:

  • Fire Compartmentation Surveys
  • Fire Engineering Services
  • Fire Remediation
  • Project/Programme Management
  • Fire Risk Assessments
  • Building Safety Management / Building Safety Act Management

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the completion of bids and tenders.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance to clients.
  • Conducting site visits to deliver fire consultancy services.
  • Providing fire safety advice, guidance and training to clients.
  • Liaising with enforcing authorities.
  • Advising on fire safety standards, legislation and industry best practice.
  • Developing the Fire Consultancy Service and assist in financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Level 5 minimum qualification achieved in Fire Discipline.

Experience

  • Ability to successfully direct and manage complex projects.
  • Skilled at establishing new relationships and generating new business.
  • Proven experience in successful line management and development of team members.
  • Client-facing experience, ensuring high standards of technical delivery.
  • Experience in FRAEW would be advantageous.

Offer & Benefits

This Senior Fire Safety Consultant role offers hybrid, flexible working. The salary is £60,000-£65,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a car allowance, healthcare, pension and a generous holiday allowance, with the option to purchase up to five additional days.
