Overview

Deliver both Principal Designer and Client CDM Advisor services. Provide practical CDM and health & safety advice from project inception through to completion. Collaborate closely with architects, design teams and clients to ensure effective design risk management. Attend design team meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects. Build strong client relationships while maintaining high technical standards and helping to secure new work. Mentor and develop CDM professionals.

Qualifications

  • Several years experience delivering the Principal Designer and Client CDM Advisor services.
  • Previous construction or design background (e.g. Architect, Engineer or Construction Management preferred).
  • Strong client‑facing, communication and business development skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2015.
  • A relevant degree is preferred.
  • Working towards or already holding CMaPS, CMIOSH, or an equivalent professional qualification.
