The Headland in Cornwall is seeking a focused Seasonal Prep Chef to join our busy kitchen brigade on the stunning Cornish coast. You will be the backbone of our kitchen, prepping fine locally landed seafood and seasonal ingredients that fuel our elevated dining experience. If you work hard, have strong knife skills, and love fresh Cornish produce, we’d love to have you with us for the season.

This is a zero-hour contract with shifts including weekends and bank holidays, from now until the end of the season.
