The Role
We are searching for a confident and communicative Reservationist to ensure our guests’ expectations are continually surpassed.
In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers across our digital and telephone channels, defining the service they receive from the moment they get in touch.

- What you’ll be doing
- Liaising with our customers via telephone and email, as well as managing contact across multiple platforms such as over the phone and via email.
- Resolving queries at the first point of contact using a proactive, problem‑solving approach to deliver an outstanding, seamless customer experience.
- Building quick rapport and handling queries from a variety of guests—from VIPs to first‑time visitors—adapting your communication style to meet their needs.
- Collaborating with various departments and supporting colleagues to ensure guest preferences are detailed and exceptional standards are maintained across the hotel.

- Previous experience in a similar reservations or customer service role is essential.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the confidence to multitask and record information accurately with high attention to detail.
- Proven capability and experience in utilising IT systems and software.
