We have an exciting role available for a Leisure Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and members at all times and ensure a warm, memorable and personalised welcome to the Aqua Club & Headland Spa. As our Leisure Receptionist, you will work across both Reception desks in the Aqua Club and Headland Spa, greeting every guest with a smile and using your natural warmth to make every interaction memorable.

You will know and understand what it means to deliver genuine hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding our guests and members' expectations. Organised and confident, you will demonstrate an ability to multitask in a busy but relaxed environment by the coast, whilst maintaining a proactive and passionate approach to guest care.

At the Headland, we pride ourselves on our 'one-team' approach, therefore a team-work mindset will benefit you greatly in forming excellent relationships with both the Aqua Club, Spa and wider hotel team. Our ideal Leisure Receptionist will be able to demonstrate previous experience working within a leisure/spa environment.

Previous experience using Microsoft packages and spa/hotel management/booking software such as Premier Spa would be preferable, although full training will be given by our experienced team for those whose knowledge requires a little refresh. Previous Spa/Beauty Therapist experience would be a distinct advantage, as would good product knowledge of Elemis.

Salary and Contract: In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
