The Role

Are you an experienced chef, comfortable with early starts and looking for a better work life balance? We are looking for a Breakfast Chef who enjoys working with fresh and seasonal produce to deliver a smooth breakfast service here at The Headland.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the morning service promptly to a high standard
  • Working in a busy kitchen to prepare and serve the full breakfast offering
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Produce large volumes of food at a consistently high standard for breakfast service
  • Look ahead at forecasted numbers and ensure your section is adequately prepared for breakfast service
  • Carry out the smooth and efficient running of breakfast service as appropriate

Salary and Contract

You will work a 40 hour week over 5 days.
