An exciting position has opened here at The Headland Spa, in the role of Spa Front of House Assistant. We are looking for a multi-talented Front of House Assistant to join our welcoming team. We want someone who takes pride in their work, who can be flexible and is not afraid of getting their hands dirty. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with great energy, enthusiasm, attention to detail and outstanding customer service to join our Spa/Aqua Club team.

In this role, you'll wear several hats:

  • Spa Receptionist: Be the first impression for our guests, greeting them warmly, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
  • Spa Host: Guide guests through the spa experience, ensuring a seamless transition from arrival to relaxation.
  • Spa/Leisure Attendant: Ensure towels and gowns are readily stocked, refreshing the relax lounge, maintaining a serene environment, and assisting the therapists as needed.
