We are actively seeking an exceptional Restaurants Manager to lead our talented front-of-house teams at Ren Mor (literally meaning ‘Restaurant by the Sea’) and across The Headland’s multiple food and beverage operations, including our Ballroom, Spa, and supporting with various events.

- As Our Restaurants Manager, You Will Be Expected To
- Master Multi-Service Operations: Confidently oversee multiple service areas and concepts, ensuring a seamless, 5* standard of luxury across the board.
- Lead by Example: Set and maintain impeccable service standards required for a refined dining experience, remaining hands-on within the operation during peak shifts.
- Drive Team Development: Act as a mentor and coach, passionately training and developing the front-of-house teams to reach their full potential.
- Deliver Versatile Excellence: Utilise your deep knowledge of diverse restaurant service styles to elevate the guest experience.
- Exceed Expectations: Work collaboratively to ensure guest expectations are consistently surpassed in all areas of service delivery.
- Manage Commercials & Stock: Oversee accurate billing, manage stock control, and minimize wastage across all outlets.
