We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Pastry Chef De Partie to join our team at our flagship AA Two‑Rosette dining destination at The Headland. Working within our cutting‑edge, high‑spec kitchen, you will be part of a fast‑paced, dedicated team committed to showcasing the very best fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Supporting the kitchen leadership team, you will deliver elevated hospitality while fine‑tuning not only your culinary artistry but also the leadership and management skills needed for the next step in your career.

What We Are Looking For

  • Pastry Craft & Expertise: Solid experience working within a high‑quality pastry section. We value true craft, quality, and care in everything we produce, from classic techniques to modern dessert presentation.

Salary and Contract

Salary: £32,797 + service charge
Contract: Full‑time, permanent contract working 48 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends and bank holidays).
