We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Breakfast Chef to join our team in Restaurant RenMor. We are committed to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to produce exceptional breakfasts and elevate the guests' experience. As Head Breakfast Chef you will ensure all breakfasts are prepared, presented and delivered to an exceptional standard. We need someone who is ambitious, driven and motivated with strong leadership skills who can assist in developing both the product and service. The role is challenging, but exceptionally rewarding so you will need to be hard working, focused, inspiring and encouraging.
Responsibilities
- Nurture, train and develop the breakfast team, in collaboration with the Executive Head Chef
- Develop the breakfast offering
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Salary and Contract
This is a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends and bank holidays. Flexible shift patterns and contracts available to suit your lifestyle. In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
