Overview
The Role: At The Headland, we put our guests at the heart of everything we do; we love to create memorable experiences for all. As our F&B Supervisor, you will lead the Restaurant team to deliver an exceptional standard of service, creating excellent guest relations and exceeding expectations wherever possible. Our guests will feel welcome, comfortable, and well attended to at all times, providing an experience that they will want to repeat time and time again. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for day to day operations.
Our ideal candidate: Using your previous Supervisory experience in a Food & Beverage environment, you will be a great communicator, confidently engaging with our guests and team alike. Your positive and proactive “can do” approach to work will inspire others and create an environment that encourages the team to be the best they can be.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Restaurant team to deliver an exceptional standard of service and guest relations
- Act as the first point of contact for day to day operations and resolve guest queries
- Communicate effectively with guests and team to maintain a high level of service
- Demonstrate passion for delivering genuine hospitality and share thorough product knowledge
- Remain level-headed and maintain a positive demeanor during busy periods
Salary and Contract
This is a full-time permanent position based on a 45-hour working week including weekends and bank holidays. In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
