The Role..
We have an exciting role available for a Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and members at all times and ensure a warm, memorable and personalised welcome to the Aqua Club & Headland Spa.
The Aqua Club is our multi-million-pound leisure complex, comprising of six pools, a sun terrace with impressive ocean views, and a stunning restaurant named The Deck.
As our Spa Receptionist you will work across both Reception desks in the Aqua Club and Headland Spa, greeting every guest with a smile and using your natural warmth to make every interaction memorable.
You will know and understand what it means to deliver genuine hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding our guests and members expectations.
Organised and confident, you will demonstrate an ability to multitask in a busy but relaxed environment by the coast, whilst maintaining a proactive and passionate approach to guest care.
At the Headland, we pride ourselves on our ‘one-team’ approach, therefore a team-work mindset will benefit you greatly in forming excellent relationships with both the Aqua Club, Spa and wider hotel team.
What We Are Looking For..
- A versatile team player with strong attention to detail and a passion for outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Previous experience using Microsoft packages and spa/hotel management software such as Maestro would be preferable but not essential
- Contract & Flexibility: We are currently looking for: Full-Time: 40 hours per week, spread across 5 days, however open to discussion on part time contracts These roles involve a flexible shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply.
