Are you equally comfortable building high‑performing digital campaigns as you are meeting customers, attending exhibitions and telling compelling brand stories?
We're looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Visi Soft… our market‑leading Saa S platform used by some of the UK's most exciting visitor attractions.
From zoos and theme parks to museums, castles and heritage railways, you'll help organisations transform the way they manage their operations and deliver unforgettable visitor experiences.
This is far more than a traditional marketing role.
You'll become a recognised face within the visitor attraction industry, working closely with customers, partners and our commercial teams to build campaigns that generate demand, strengthen our brand and fuel business growth.
If you're passionate about B2B marketing, enjoy variety and want your work to make a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for Visi Soft, combining digital marketing, content creation, events and customer engagement to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, PR and content marketing
- Create demand generation campaigns that attract, nurture and convert high‑quality leads
- Manage Hub Spot marketing automation, workflows, landing pages and CRM campaigns
- Develop compelling content including blogs, case studies, customer stories, webinars and thought leadership
- Represent Visi Soft at exhibitions, networking events and customer visits across the UK
- Plan and deliver our flagship Visitor Attraction Forum and other customer events
- Build strong relationships with customers, industry partners and associations
- Analyse campaign performance and continually optimise activity to maximise ROI
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success to align marketing with commercial objectives
- Help position Visi Soft as the leading technology platform for visitor attractions
What we're looking for
You’ll probably have
- 3–5 years' experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing or Demand Generation
- Experience marketing Saa S, technology or software solutions
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience with Hub Spot or another CRM/marketing automation platform
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing and digital campaign optimisation
- Experience organising exhibitions, conferences or customer events
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK
- It would be great if you also have
- Experience within visitor attractions, hospitality, leisure or tourism
- Knowledge of EPOS or retail technology
- Experience with AI Search, AEO or modern search optimisation
- Google Analytics or Looker Studio experience
- PR or media relations experience
- Basic video editing skills
- Why you'll love this role
No two days are the same.
One day you'll be launching a national demand generation campaign.
The next you'll be visiting a zoo, attending an industry exhibition or interviewing customers about how they're transforming visitor experiences.
You’ll have the opportunity to
- Own the marketing strategy for a market‑leading Saa S platform
- Work with some of the UK's best‑known visitor attractions
- Attend industry events across the country
- Deliver high‑profile exhibitions and customer forums
- Work with an experienced, collaborative commercial team
- Influence business growth through measurable marketing performance
- Build your profile within a thriving industry
- The type of person who'll thrive here
We're looking for someone who is
