At The HBP Group, this role breaks the mould, combining pre-sales influence with delivery ownership so what you design is exactly what gets delivered.

Why this role is different

Most ERP roles split sales and delivery. This one doesn’t.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead discovery and solution design
  • Influence and win new business
  • Deliver end-to-end ERP implementations
  • Build long-term client relationships that drive growth

No disconnect. No handovers. Just true ownership across the full lifecycle Delivery.

Delivery (75%)

  • Configure systems, manage data migration, and support UAT
  • Deliver training and drive real user adoption
  • Ensure projects land on time, on budget, and on value

What we’re looking for

This is for you if you:

  • Have 3+ years in ERP (pre-sales + implementation)
